🔥 Smoky Chipotle BBQ Chicken and Rice Skillet ! 🍗🍚
Ingredients:
- 150g of boneless chicken breast
- 50g of brown rice
- 100ml of chicken broth
- 30g of BBQ sauce
- 10g of olive oil
- 50g of bell peppers (chopped)
- 50g of onion (chopped)
- 2g of smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Skillet
- Spatula
- Measuring Cups
- Knife
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they become soft.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally until the chicken is no longer pink.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the brown rice and BBQ sauce, stirring well to combine.
- Cover the skillet with a lid and let it cook for another 10-12 minutes or until the rice is tender and has absorbed most of the liquid.
- Once done, remove from heat and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
