🔥 Smoky Chipotle BBQ Chicken and Rice  Skillet ! 🍗🍚


Ingredients:

  • 150g of boneless chicken breast
  • 50g of brown rice
  • 100ml of chicken broth
  • 30g of BBQ sauce
  • 10g of olive oil
  • 50g of bell peppers (chopped)
  • 50g of onion (chopped)
  • 2g of smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Skillet
  • Spatula
  • Measuring Cups
  • Knife

Instructions:

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they become soft.
  • Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  • Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally until the chicken is no longer pink.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the brown rice and BBQ sauce, stirring well to combine.
  • Cover the skillet with a lid and let it cook for another 10-12 minutes or until the rice is tender and has absorbed most of the liquid.
  • Once done, remove from heat and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
