Let’s Try a Unique Wild Boar Devilled Dish!

Ingredients:

  • 500g wild boar meat
  • 200g carrots
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 5 dried chili peppers
  • 50g leeks
  • 8 cloves of garlic (separate for seasoning)
  • A pinch of black pepper powder
  • A pinch of sugar
  • A dash of ginger juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Cinnamon
  • Pandan leaves
  • Curry leaves
  • Onion flakes
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 egg
  • Flour

Preparation Method:

  1. Mix flour, egg, salt, and water to create a smooth batter.
  2. Cut the boiled wild boar meat into pieces and dip them in the batter. Deep fry until golden brown and set aside.
  3. Slice carrots and blanch them in hot water for about 5 minutes.
  4. Chop leeks, garlic, and tomatoes.
  5. Heat butter in a pan and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Add tomatoes, wild boar meat, and all other ingredients except vegetables, allowing them to cook well.
  7. Finally, mix in the blanched vegetables and stir thoroughly.
  8. Let it simmer for a few more minutes, then remove from heat.
