Let’s Try a Unique Wild Boar Devilled Dish!
Ingredients:
- 500g wild boar meat
- 200g carrots
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tomatoes
- 5 dried chili peppers
- 50g leeks
- 8 cloves of garlic (separate for seasoning)
- A pinch of black pepper powder
- A pinch of sugar
- A dash of ginger juice
- Salt to taste
- Cinnamon
- Pandan leaves
- Curry leaves
- Onion flakes
- Cooking oil
- 1 egg
- Flour
Preparation Method:
- Mix flour, egg, salt, and water to create a smooth batter.
- Cut the boiled wild boar meat into pieces and dip them in the batter. Deep fry until golden brown and set aside.
- Slice carrots and blanch them in hot water for about 5 minutes.
- Chop leeks, garlic, and tomatoes.
- Heat butter in a pan and sauté until fragrant.
- Add tomatoes, wild boar meat, and all other ingredients except vegetables, allowing them to cook well.
- Finally, mix in the blanched vegetables and stir thoroughly.
- Let it simmer for a few more minutes, then remove from heat.
