 Golden Layers Lasagna 😋


Ingredients:

  • 100g of lasagna noodles
  • 200g of ground beef
  • 100g of ricotta cheese
  • 150g of mozzarella cheese
  • 50g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 200g of marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • baking dish
  • stove
  • pan
  • spatula
  • knife

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the marinara sauce to the pan and let it simmer for a few minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
  • In a baking dish, spread a layer of the meat sauce on the bottom. Place a layer of lasagna noodles on top.
  • Next, spread a layer of ricotta cheese followed by a layer of mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of meat sauce topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before cutting into it and serve.
